Who are we?
We are a systematic approach to resourcing that project which you don’t have the resources for, or for the startup you’re wanting to build.
Our approach to resourcing projects breaks the traditional rules and provides a unique approach to resourcing projects. We match the project specific requirements to the teams (squads) best suited for that project. Our teams enjoy working with each other and pitch for your jobs as a squad.
As part of the pitching process, both the job poster and the squad can see each others previous reviews and decide if they wish to proceed. This is part of our strong transparency ethos as a company.

We use Kampsite.co to allow our community to post feedback and publically comment and vote on other community members feedback.
This way we know which features or changes our community actually want us to make.

Our Roadmap
Our roadmap is fed by our community suggestions and support tickets logged. We make all of this information public to be as transparent about our companies direction and the state of the current platform.
